What data we store

Your email address (for signing in), and the content you create in the app: projects, tasks, notes, goals, quick captures, dashboard preferences, timezone, and — if you enable notifications — push subscription endpoints for your devices. We do not sell data or use third-party advertising or tracking.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase ([region — e.g. EU/Frankfurt]) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process data on our behalf under their respective data processing agreements.

Calendar feed

Your personal calendar feed URL contains a secret token. Anyone with the URL can read the tasks included in the feed. You can regenerate the token at any time in Settings.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Danger zone. For access, correction, or export requests, contact us at [email address]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies

Wholio only uses cookies that are strictly necessary: your session, your timezone, and your theme preference. No analytics or marketing cookies.
