Who we are

Wholio is operated by Lukas Neufeldt, Langestr. 116, 33397 Rietberg, Germany. Contact: contact@wholio.de.

What data we store

Your email address (for signing in), and the content you create in the app: projects, tasks, notes, goals, quick captures, dashboard preferences, timezone, and — if you enable notifications — push subscription endpoints for your devices. We do not sell data or use third-party advertising or tracking.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Paris, eu-west-3) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process data on our behalf under their respective data processing agreements.

Error reports

When the app runs into an error, a technical error report is sent to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), stored in the EU, so we can fix the problem. A report contains the error message, the code location, the page address and your browser and device type. It does not contain your IP address, cookies or a recording of your screen.

Calendar feed

Your personal calendar feed URL contains a secret token. Anyone with the URL can read the tasks included in the feed. You can regenerate the token at any time in Settings.

Your rights

You can download all your data at any time in Settings → Your data (JSON, or CSV for tasks), and delete your account and all associated data in Settings → Danger zone. For other access or correction requests, contact us at contact@wholio.de. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies

Wholio only uses cookies that are strictly necessary: your session, your timezone, and your theme preference. No analytics or marketing cookies.
